Hello Joseph, thanks for reaching out. I do have a potential option for you, but I am sorry to say we do not offer a universal air lift kit, and there are no air suspension enhancement products available for the 2008 Scion XD.
One option might be to use the Coil SumoSprings Custom Helper Springs. These insert in the factory coil and help to beef up the rear suspension. I would need you to measure the distance between the rear coils to determine what kit will fit. For example, the oil SumoSprings Custom Helper Springs # CSS-1168R will fit if your coil spacing is 1.68".
Let me know the spacing between your coils and I am happy to look into it and see if we have anything.
