Looking to purchase a brake controller and 7 way plug and harness for my 1999 GMC suburban c 1500 4x4 budget friendly option would be nice all help would be appreciated thanks you

Hi Lamont; if you already have a 4-way on your 1999 Suburban you can upgrade to a 7-way using the # ETBC7 you were looking at. If you don't have a 4-way, you will also need the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C55319. Once you have your wiring installed you will be able to add a brake controller like the Tekonsha Primus IQ # TK90160. This is a budget friendly option that still has a lot of nice features and is proportional.
