Question:
I have a small Shasta travel trailer and need to install ac for cooling only. I cant spend a lot but wonder what you would recommend. Do I need a professional to install the unit?

Hey Ida,
I recommend the Advent Air unit # ADV75SR for your setup. This is a great cooling only unit that you would be able to install yourself depending on your comfortability doing so, but I would recommend having it installed with an AC certified professional. It does use a 15 amp draw to start up but there is an included start capacitor which helps start the unit up without using so much power.
Is there already a unit on the trailer or are you adding brand new?
