Best Single Bike Rack For Carrying A Electra Townie Go! Electric Bike

I just purchased an electra townie go s electric bike. 60 pounds with fenders. Is this rack a good option or would you suggest something else.

Hi Dave!

From the pictures I found of your Electra Townie Go! electric bike, I don't think the Hollywood Racks CrossTrack Bike Rack for 1 Bike - 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount # HLY98RR is going to work. The fender on your front wheel is most likely fine, but the fender on your back tire will not allow for it to fit properly, unfortunately.

I think the Benton LittleShift Bike Rack for 1 Bike - 2" Hitches - Wheel or Frame Mount # B54VR will be a better option. You can mount the hook forward of your front fender or to the frame to secure your bike, so it is a little more versatile. I included an image of what I mean by mounting the hook forward of your fender as well.

What vehicle will you be mounting this rack in?
