Question:
Will this fit a 34 inch outside distance frame? I am mounting on a 2003 GM built chassis.

Hey Mark, good to hear from you again!
In the past we've found that the wide bolt holes on the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C15312 measure 39" center to center (see attached photo).
Since it sounds like your frame is a little different than the normal 2003 GM chassis, I still recommend sticking with the Draw-Tite # 41990-07 since it's in that universal-fit category.
What are your thoughts on the universal fit?

Thanks Jon. I need a bolt on with 5,000+ capacity, about a 6" drop and approx 31 1/2" bolt hole spacing in a similar design to 15312. There is some fabrication needed so I have some flexibilty on the bolt hole spacing. 41099 style could work in a bolt on version. Any suggestions?
