Can the 2022 and 2025 Honda Pilot use the same hitch. Holes line up clearance etc.

No, they can not Ethan. The hitches for the 2025 Honda Pilot like our etrailer item # e27KR only fit the 4th generation 2023 - 2026 Honda Pilots. The third generation 2016-2022 Honda Pilots would use the etrailer item # e98840. They look similar but they're different shaped and the older ones are wider. They completely changed the frame when they came out with the 4th generation.
