Is Furrion Vision S Prep on 2025 Keystone Coleman 27B Compatible With Furrion Vision S+

Updated 09/29/2025 | Published 09/08/2025

Question:

I am using a 2023 Ford F-250 to pull a 2025 Keystone Coleman 27B which is pre-wired for a back-up camera. The pre-wire says it is compatible with Furrion Vision S and shows the part number as FRCBRKT2-BL, Lippert part 2022070680. See attached picture. My question: will the Furrion S+ system work with my trailer? Do I need a converter? Would I have to fish a wire from a taillight like Joe said he had to do in the question section for the Furrion S+ product? Id really prefer the Furrion S+ system over the Furrion S after watching the video about all the updates, but am not interested in a significant installation project. The plate on the pre-wire says installation should take 15 minutes which sounds great to me!

Hey Jim! Furrion designed the Vision S+ # FR57AD to be compatible with the same mount and wiring as the Vision S. This was one of the first things I asked them when the new system came out. You will be able to install it on that mounting point and plug it right in. It is also available with side marker cameras # FR64AD if you would like additional visibility when changing lanes or backing up.

I definitely recommend getting the S+ over the S since the S is getting phased out and before long parts won't be available. You really wouldn't want to have something break and have to pay for an entire system all over again since the S+ cameras/monitor are not backwards compatible.

Any big trips coming up with your Keystone Coleman this fall?

Hey Jim, did you decide to go with the Furrion S+ system for your Keystone Coleman? I'd love to hear how the installation went and if the system is working well for you. Your experience could really help others considering the same setup!
