Hey Roger, thanks for reaching out!

Your Outdoors RV Creek Side Mountain Series 18RBS should be equipped with 3.5K axles so for replacements I recommend the etrailer Electric Trailer Brakes # AKEBRK-35-SA.

Are you needing replacement brakes for both axles, or just one?

The RV tech I hired to replace my brake assemblies ordered the parts for the 3.5k axles and they didn’t fit. My RV has 4k axles. What is the correct brake and hub assemblies for my RV trailer?

@RogerR Sorry I missed the mark on that. Did they order it through us? Let me know so I can look into it. What brand axles do you have? And can I get the serial number for them (found on a tag in the middle of the axle) so I can double check everything with the manufacturer?

@JonG yes the parts were ordered from etrailer. The axle manufacturer is Dexter. I will have to check the serial number after I get home. The tech was going to send the parts back to you and get parts for a 4.4k axle. I hope that works.

@RogerR If you can send me the order number in a reply to the email you got from me, I'll send a message over to our customer service team to let them know it had been my recommendation. For 4.4K dexter brakes we have the standard # K23-462-463-00 as well as the Nev-R-Adjust # K23-478-479. The 3.5K brakes didn't fit because of the bolt pattern (they have a square 2-7/8" pattern), but these should fit just fine. If you get me the info I mentioned above, I'll double check the serial number with Dexter just to make sure.
