Hey Jesse! Yes, the Ultimate Trailer Jack # 322-RDJ-2K is compatible with your Forest River Flagstaff E-Pro. This fits the standard A-frame mounting pattern and has a lift capacity of 2,000 lbs which is more than enough for the E-Pro trailers.
Is there a reason you want to switch from an electric jack to manual?

Robin Thanks for the info! The reason I want to switch is so I can open my tailgate while the trailer is hitched. Not being able to do so is a huge inconvenience.
