I have a stromberg carlson jet3755 installed by camping world in Ridgeland, SC. they did not provide the manual tool to raise the jack if the electric does not work. can you provide a part number and where we can buy one?

Yeah, Camping World should have given you the manual crank tool for your Stromberg Carlson Electric Trailer Jack # JET-3755.
To get a replacement one (or just get one in your case) you need the Manual Crank # SC94VR.
