Hi John; the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1139-147 does require drilling. The no drilling required must be an error in our listing we will have to correct since we also list tech notes stating "Drilling through vehicle frame required for installation." What are you installing the anti-sway bar on?
