Question:
I live in the Midwest and my trailer sits outside all year. Will the 55 inch latch hold up in wet winters?

Steve, the 55" trailer door latch # M363FR is zinc-plated steel, so it’s designed to resist rust even in harsh weather. It doesn't hurt to spray wd40 in the hinges every so often to keep everything lubed and ready to go year-round.
Do you keep your trailer covered, or does it sit fully exposed?
