The Polar 55-Inch Side-Door Bar Lock Assembly # 3057-55 features galvanized steel construction but they do offer a universal kit with stainless steel components, part # PLR158-SS. This kit does NOT include the 3/4-inch diameter pipe so that one part you will source locally. Since you provide the pipe you can control the exact size of the lock set-up to best fit your trailer door.

Polar also offers a heavy-duty version # PLR258-002-SS which is designed for flush to 3/4-inch-offset doors. For this too you will supply the 3/4-inch pipe.
