Can I mount this latch on a pair of barn doors, or is it only meant for a single ramp door?

Paul, you can absolutely mount the 55" latch # M363FR on barn doors. Usually you’ll make one door the “active” side with the handle and rods, while the opposite door just gets passive top/bottom bolts. The cam action will pull both doors snug together when latched.
How tall are your barn doors? Closer to 6 feet, or taller?
And for others reading, which do you prefer for cargo trailers: barn doors or a fold-down ramp?
