Hello Rob,
Sounds like you have an electric jack on your 24' V nose cargo trailer and are trying to get power to it.
The best way to power a jack like our Electric Jack w/ Footplate - A-Frame - 25-1/8" Lift - 3.5K - Black # EJ-3520-BBX is to add a 12V battery to the trailer for the jack to run off of, it will trickle charge the battery through the 7 way connector.
If that does not answer you question, please feel free to respond directly to the email you receive with pictures of your set-up so I can better assist you.
Is this the kind of power adapter you referring to?

Hey Rob, Did the suggestion of adding a 12V battery to your trailer work for powering your electric jack? I'm asking because your experience could help others with similar setups.
