Question:

Hello, I have a 2005 Yukon Denali 6.0 with factory tow package. Which Trans cooler do you recommend? Also, I have a Tekonsha Voyager 9030 brake controller. I has four wires but does not have the plug to connect to wiring. Is there wiring that I can buy that has the plug to plug into the vehicle? I assume I will have to solder or butt connect the wires from the controller to the wire/plug. Thank you!

Hey David, the Derale transmission cooler part # D13504 with the fitting adapter # D13035 would be what you'd want for your 2005 GMC Yukon XL. This is a larger size cooler in the plate fin cooler style so it will do a great job keeping the trans temps down.

For your brake controller install you would have to hardwire your brake controller wires to the wires of your Yukon XL. There isn't a way to use a quick connect connector to what you have.
