If the hitch you're needing replacement hardware for is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13146 that fits your 2021 Pilot then all you need to do is go to the RHK product page and type in your hitch model number so we know what hardware to send out.
Was the hardware misplaced, or did you need to install it on a different vehicle and so you need new hardware?
