My Arctodus TI electric fat-tire cruiser has 4.5? tires. Reviews on Facebook groups say many racks only support up to 4 but can sometimes still work? Will Crosstrack still work?

Wow what a nice bike! I had to look it up. And you are right to ask. The Crosstrack 1 Bike 2" # HLY98RR or 1-1/4"/2" option # HLY68RR officially support up to 4” tire width and a 52” wheelbase. If your tires exceed 4", it may not seat properly in the trays and the wheel hook might not lock down securely. Some users report being able to use it, but by spec you’d need a rack designed for fat-tire bikes.
I recommend instead using something like the Kuat Piston SR Bike Rack for 1 Bike - 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount # KU88ZR which is still a very nice bike rack like the Crosstrack, but it can fit up to 5" wide tires! Let me know what you think. :)
