Updated 08/09/2025 | Published 08/05/2025

Question:

Looking for a suspension enhancement for my dual axle Dexter suspension. like the Dexter Ez flex or Morrryde systems, the wheel centers are 31 inches apart springs are 1,75 in wide, the distance between the spring mounts is 5.75 in. 2in from the bottom of the center frame mounting plates to the center pivoting hole of the spring mounting mechanism. also would like the whole kit including the shackles. GVWR is 7700 lbs. thanks, Bob

Hey Bob! It sounds like that 5-3/4" measurement of yours is the distance from the left to right bolt hole on center on your current equalizer. That also matches up with the standard Dexter equalizer found on many trailers. I recommend the Dexter E-Z Flex Suspension Kit # K71-652-00.

I actually have these on my trailer and they works really well, you can see where Kevin installed the kit in the video down below. This will match the length of your current equalizers which is the most important factor when upgrading. It also comes with wet bolts and the upgraded shackles straps so you're getting everything together in a single kit.

What kind of trailer do you have?
