Hi Charles; we don't have a way to identify the axles for hub/brake parts on any given trailer. Looking at the specs for the 2021 Forest River Prime Time Tracer 24DBS I'm guessing you have 3,500 lb axles on there but they might be 4,400 lb. It may be listed on your axle tag or you can send me a picture of the tag and I can identify it.
If you find they're 3,500 lb axles you can use the etrailer Electric Trailer Brakes - Self-Adjusting # AKEBRK-35-SA. If they're 4,400 go ahead and send me that tag and I'll make sure we find the right fit.
Any big trips planned with your trailer before summer wraps up?
