Hey Lee, thanks for reaching out!
The 20K 2-Tang Clevis in the Kit # T1812200 will fit with the Demco Channel Bracket # DM59602, which will give you a little more adjustment than you need, but there aren't any 5-hole brackets so this is the best option for you.
If you'd rather have a smaller channel bracket, then we also have the 12K Dexter # T0909500 which has a slightly smaller tang (2" gap and works with a 3/4" diameter pin) but it only mounts to the bracket with 2 pins so you get the 3 height positions out of the same bracket.
