Can I Use The E-Track Backing Plates e66RR On My Aluminum Deck?

Question:
Is the backing plate e66rr good for aluminum trailer decks when used with the erickson wheel chock tire tie down strap kit. Specially will it reinforce the thin aluminum deck.

Hey Peter,
You can absolutely use the E-Track backing plates # e66RR with your trailer and aluminum floor along with the wheel chock tire tie down kit. The backing plates are not going to increase any capacity on the aluminum floor but it is going to help distribute the pulling force over a greater area. This is to help keep the e-track from pulling away from where it is mounting.
