How Do I Know Which MORryde WDH Storage Bracket To Use On Jayco Keystone Camper ?

Updated 08/05/2025 | Published 07/30/2025

Question:

What are the mounting requirements? My A-frame has battery boxes and LP trays. not sure if that would get in the way. It's on a Jayco Keystone camper.

Hey Phil, you’ll need about 10 inches of unobstructed space on one side of your trailer's A-frame to bolt on the MORryde EzStor - Storage Bracket for WDH # MR62ZV. Then it does protrude inwards the length of your trunnion bars, so that's something to keep in mind (see attached photo).

It usually clears battery trays, but if your wiring or support brackets are in that zone, send us a photo and we can help you double-check.

If you don't think you have the room, you'll instead want to look at the more temporary solution, the MORryde EzStor Lite - Removable Storage Bracket for WDH # MR72ZV. This doesn't get fastened to the trailer's frame; it basically sits in place while storing the hitch and trailer, then you remove the bracket from the frame when you start to tow the trailer again.

It allows the bars to sit parallel to the trailer's frame on the outside, rather than taking up space inside by the batteries and tanks. What do you think is best for you? I'm leaning towards the second option.

Good to know. If I go with the removable one, is there a case or anything to keep it from sliding around in storage?

@Phil The MORryde EzStor Lite doesn’t come with a case, but most folks just toss it in a storage bin or under a cargo bay strap to keep it from shifting. It's compact and light, so it’s easy to stow wherever you’ve got a little room. I’ve also seen people hang it on the garage wall when not in use.
