Can you put a 1 1/4 bike rack into the back side of the Cargo rack?

You cannot add bike racks to the back of a cargo carrier. I would recommend the # CC-100 carrier and then add the # CC-125 bike adapter to it.
Another option, you could add a roof bike rack.
If you are interested in some roof mounted cargo carriers or bike racks, let me know and I would be happy to make some recommendations. I would just need the year, make and model of your vehicle and the type of roof rack you have (factory roof rack with crossbars, factory side rails or a bare roof).
