Hey Stuart. There's a couple of different options to replace your Wesbar taillight 102640. Both of them measure measure 8-1/16" long x 2-7/8" tall x 2-13/16" deep.
If you want the same incandescent bulbs you can use the following parts;
Driver Side - Optronics Combination Trailer Tail Light item # ST17RB
Passenger Side - Optronics Combination Trailer Tail Light item # ST16RB
If you're wanting to upgrade to more efficient LED lights you'll want the LED Combination Trailer Tail Lights item # TLL16RK, you referenced.
