How long are the cables that come with this panel, and can I extend them?

The etrailer 100w solar panel # e28VV includes MC4 output cables about 6 feet and a separate 12-foot lead from the charge controller to your battery (or solar port on side of camper). So you’re getting about 18 feet total. That’s usually enough to park in the shade and move the panel out into the sun.
If you need more, we carry MC4 Rich Solar Extension Cable - 10-Gauge - 20' Long # RS62FR. Just keep in mind that longer cables can cause a slight voltage drop, so go with a thicker gauge if you’re extending much beyond 20 feet.
