I have a Magnum MMS 1012 that I need to replace. I am confused about all the options. Would a Victron VN68ZR be an appropriate replacement?

Hey Jeff! Yes, the Victron MultiPlus # VN68ZR is a great replacement for your Magnum MMS1012. The Victron is a 12V pure sine wave inverter/charger with 1,000 watts of continuous output and a 50 amp battery charger. It also has a built-in automatic transfer switch, so it will handle the same inverter, charging, and shore power functions as your old Magnum.
The Victron Digital Multi Control Panel # VN76RR you picked up will give you remote control of the MultiPlus, including turning the inverter/charger on and off and adjusting the AC input current limit. Overall this will be a nice upgrade over the existing setup.
