Hey George, I tried to look up what the rear of a 2012 Coachman Apex looks like and I found a couple decent pictures and it looks like the taillight style is the part # V457L that you referenced for the driver side and part # V457 for the passenger side.
If what you have looks different email me a picture of what you have and I'll see what you'd need.
