Hey Todd. The part of the Lippert Spare Tire Winch with Offset Cable item # LC159056 that secures your tire is 7" long from end to end. Lippert does not have a center crank option just the side one.
The Lippert Spare Tire Winch item # LC159056 has a 150 lbs weight capacity and comes with a 46" long steel braided cable.

Hey Todd, how did the Lippert Spare Tire Winch work out for your 2004 Workhorse? I’m curious to know if the side crank option fit your needs since there wasn't a center crank available.
