What Wiring and Brake Controller do I Need for My 2015 Honda Odyssey to Tow 12X6 V-Nose Trailer?

Hi, I will be pulling a 12X6 V nose single axel trailer equipped with e-brakes with a 2015 Honda Odyssey Touring. I have towing wiring installed in the Car but I need an e-brake controller and possibly some wiring. Could you recommend everything that I need so that I can install it on my minivan? Hello Dan,
Happy to get the parts you need.
Sounds like you already have the 4 flat wiring like the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118521. What you will need to do is build on top of that wiring by installing the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller - 7-Way RV and 4-Way Flat - 10 Gauge Wires # ETBC7. I attached an install video on a 2014 for you to check out, you will need to run a power wire from your battery, with a couple of amps along the way, and a brake wire from the front to the rear.
For a brake controller I would go with the Tekonsha Voyager Trailer Brake Controller w/ Plug-In Harness - 1 to 4 Axles - Proportional # TK29ER. I attached an install video for this as well, you will need to splice in the wiring since the Odyssey does not come equipped with a plug-in for a vehicle specific pigtail.
