1. What is product made of, and does it have any coatings, i.e. Zinc, etc. ? 2. What is max width of opening? What is the largest chain it can fit over?

Hello Danno, thanks for reaching out. The Quick Links part # 37201325 have a zinc coating.
The max width of the opening is 0.38". I went to our warehouse and measured one to confirm.
