Are the MORryde GooseTech 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Pin Boxes Approved by Lippert?

Question:

2026 Jayco Northpoint 382flrb Had the Reese 16K Gooseneck on our 2021 Jayco Eagle 357MDOK. At the time this was the only Lippert approved gooseneck for their trailer frames. No warranty voiding for using the gooseneck from Reese. Interested in the MorRyde gooseneck for our new Northpoint but havent seen anywhere that Lippert has approved it for their frames. Any insight on Lipperts standing with MorRyde gooseneck hitches? Thanks,

Hey Robert, congrats on the new 5th wheel trailer! The MORryde GooseTech 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Pin Box like item # MR47MV has not been approved for use by Lippert. The only gooseneck style pin box that has are the Reese Goose Boxes like item # RP85FR. The chassis warranty Lippert offers is only valid for one year after purchase on a new trailer unless you bought an extended warranty.

If you would like a recommendation on what goosebox you need for your new trailer, I'll need the information on the sticker that's attached to your current pin box. The sticker should say date of manufacture and have some form of RPO, LCI, or serial number on it. If you could email me a picture of it or carefully put all that information where it says Reply to Jerred H, I can find the right gooseneck pin box for you. Also if yours says Turning Point or Rhino Box on it let me know because those bolt patterns are easy to identify replacements for.
