Hey Cory! We don't have a way of knowing what brakes are on your 2001 Four Winns trailer so you will need to identify them or the axle. If you can get me the information off of the axle tag I can tell you which brakes will fit assuming the manufacturer is still in business. Otherwise, you will need to pull the brakes and identify the bearings.
The Kodiak Disc Brakes - 12" Hub/Rotor - 6 on 5-1/2 - Dacromet - 5.2K to 6K # KOD69FR you were looking at is designed for 5,200 and 6,000 lb axles. This uses # 25580 inner and # 15123 outer bearings with a 10-36 grease seal that has a 2.25" inner diameter. If that matches what is on your trailer these will work as a replacement. If you have something else let me know in the comments below and I'll see what is available.
