Is There Adapter for BMW Brand Cargo Box to Fit Roof Rack Top Channels

Question:
Hello I have a BMW 520 liter roof box but I just traded it for a 2025 Acura mdx with factory roof rails. Would these work with the T bolts of the bmx box to mount my bmw box on the Acura? If not do you have an alternate solution? Any help appreciated Thanks Josh

Hey Joshua, the BMW boxes are rebranded Thule cargo boxes which we do have a T-channel hardware kit adapter for them with the part # TH27PQ. Does the mounting hardware of your box match any of the brackets you see in the attached picture?

Jameson Thanks for the reply. The mounting hardware consists of an m8 T bolt that fit in a track on the rail, a knob that screws onto it and a plastic bracket that fits into a slot in the floor of the cargo box. It doesn’t look anything like that. I can send a picture of iit if it helps. Thanks Josh
