Do you need to get a hitch extender for this if I have a 2021 Ford Bronco with the Sasquatch package 35 inch tires with an OEM trailer hitch. Your video looked like it was a different hitch receiver from the OEM one.

Hey Drew, yes the hitch you see in the install video for the RockyMounts BackStage part # RKY10002 is an aftermarket one that does stick out further than the OEM one for the vehicle. If you happened to have an OEM hitch you would need an extender but if you need a hitch I'd go with the part # DT37GR which is what you see in the video you mentioned.
