Hello, I Have a 2016 Porsche Cayenne GTS and wanted to confirm 13116 is the correct product for my vehicle. Please advise.

The Curt hitch # C13116 will absolutely fit your 2016 Porsche Cayenne with the GTS package. I included a picture we have from a review with this exact hitch on 2014 Cayenne GTS, which will be the same as you 2016.
