I have this kit. 7-Way RV Upgrade Kit for Trailer Brake Controller Installation - 12 Gauge Wires Item ETBC7L It refers to the blue wire for electric brakes. I bought this kit for the Curt Echo wireless brake controller. Will the Curt Echo controller actuate the brake w/o need for the blue wire on the install kit?

Hey Patrick, did the installation of the Curt Echo controller work out for you without connecting the blue wire? I'm asking because your experience could help others who are setting up a similar system.
