What is Highest Capacity Trailer Axle that Has 5 on 4-1/2 inch Bolt Pattern

Question:

I have a 5 lug 4.5 inch disc braking system I just put on for a dual axel 7000lb trailer and was looking to upgrade my 3500 lb axels to a heavier axel. I want to keep the 5 lug 4.5 brakes I just put on. Do you have 5000lb or 6000 lb axels that are 5 lug 4.5 inch

Hey Gary, with the 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern the highest capacity axles available are going to be the 4,400 lb trailer axles which share a lot of components with the 3,500 lb axles. We do not have any 4.4k axles though so you'd need to find a local trailer shop who can order them in.
