Hello Weston,

I am not sure what the 21 is for, but the B23 likely refers to the ASTM A540 Grade B23 specification, which is a high-tensile alloy steel used for special applications like nuclear power plants. This suggests the stud is a bolt or threaded rod made from this specific material.

You will need to measure the stud to see what size you need. For example, if yours measure 9/16" and is 2-5/16" long then you will need the Drive-in Wheel Bolt for Trailer Wheel Hubs - 9/16" Diameter x 2-5/16" Long - Qty 1 # 7-132.

I attached an image of where they measure, if you could send me those measurements I am happy to find the correct one for you.
