Hi Greg; the Kenda Karrier ST185/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire # AM10208 has a speed rating of M for 81 mph but it does not have a dual load index. This is a Load Range D tire with a max capacity of 1,710 lbs at 65 psi.

@Greg we don't have the radial with a galvanized rim as part of a wheel and tire combo. You would need to get the tire listed above and then a wheel like # AM20234 separately.
