Would this be a direct replacement for the Titan 10 Surg-O-Matic..?

Hey Andy,
The closest direct replacement we have for your Titan is the Dexter # T4750600. This has the same drop head as your titan and uses the same bolt pattern to install. I looked up your Titan 10 and the Dexter is rated for a higher weight capacity, but that won't change fitment on it, it will just give you the safety of towing more if you ever needed too.
