Question:
How do you back up the trailer if there is no reverse lockout?

That's a good question and in order to reverse with the Titan Zinc-Plated Brake Actuator w/ Drop - Disc - 2-5/16" Ball - Bolt On - 12,500 lbs # T4750600 you will need to add a reverse lockout, which is the Solenoid Valve for Titan Brake Actuators # T4748800.
The other option is to use the same actuator that does come with an electric lockout, the Titan Zinc-Plated Brake Actuator w/ Drop, Electric Lockout - Disc - 2-5/16" Ball - 12,500 lbs # T4750620.
