Front Mount Hitch Receiver Part # 65009
Updated 01/06/2010 | Published 01/05/2010 >
Question:
I have seen this part no. listed under Draw-tite, Reese and Hidden Hitch ... do you know if this is the same front mount receiver under with different branding?
asked by: Bill
Expert Reply:
Draw-tite, Reese and Hidden Hitch are all part of a larger parent company, Cequent. The hitches are marketed under different brand names and for the most part are essentially the same usually. That being said, there are times when one of the name brands is manufactured in house and another may be outsourced for manufacture or there may be a small design difference between the parts. This is the reason for pricing differences on the different brands.
