Looking For Threaded Hitch Bolt For Swagman Bike Rack

Question:

I have a 2024 Suburu Crosstrek with a factory installed 2 hitch. I need a threaded 1.5 pin for my Swagman bike rack. The cotter pin hole is drilled 2 and 13/16 from the inside of the head of the bolt, and the cotter pin cannot go through the pin since the trailer mount is too tight. Do you have a threaded pin w more clearance? Thank you.

Hello, and thanks for reaching out. The threaded bolts for the bike racks are largely brand specific. We may have a bolt for your but I will need to know exactly what Swagman rack you have.

@Gary ok gotcha! So aside from the hitch bolt that came with your rack, the only other threaded pin available is the Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock and Cable for Swagman Bike Racks # S64031. This has quite a bit more usable length compared to the original bolt so it sounds like this would solve your problem. If you go to the part page for the # S64031 you can see a picture with more detailed dimensions. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
