Roof Cargo Box that Can Fit Two Kennels that are 48 inch long 30 inch wide and 8 inch tall

I need a box that can hold two wire dog kennels stacked the kennels are rectangular 48inch long 30inch wide and the two stacked together are about 8 inches high. I understand the interior dimensions are like 73x32inch but is it 32inch wide at every point or just at the widest point. Im concerned there may be something inside the box like the tie downs or the way the box attaches to the cross bars that would make it so these kennels dont fit. Thanks for any assistance. Can you suggest an alternative box that will fit them if they wont fit in this one? Can you also tell me about the return process if I order a box and they dont fit? Thank you.

Hey Samantha, the better option would be the Thule Pulse part # TH614 which has interior dimensions that are 63" long x 33" wide x 14" tall. Plus it has smaller hardware so that your kennels would fit better.
We don't have very many wider boxes like you are needing but this would be the best fitting option.
