Question:

Looking for DeeMax rotor kit for dual axel trailer. Can you tell me what kit with actuator? LIPPERT LCI35-SBSA-92.5-74.5-N0SP-0S-L-545-7242-18PT V000113479 Serial No. S010923665

Hey Gary, thanks for all of the info on your axle. From that I can tell you have a 3,500 lb trailer axle with a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern so the correct DeeMax disc brake kit would be the part # DE66YR.

Then for a electric over hydraulic actuator kit the best option is the Hydrastar part # HBA16-252-82 as it comes with the best EOH actuator that is the most reliable and quickest reacting plus it comes with all of the electric components and brake lines so it would cover everything else you'd need as well.

It looks like the Hydrastar part # HBA16-252-82 is on back order, can you give me another option in Deemax parts that would be a complete actuator kit solution, or create a kit for me to purchase?

@GaryG The part # CAR-HBA16-2 is essentially same Hydrastar kit and we have 9 in stock currently.

@GaryG The main feed line of the brake line kit that comes with the first kit I mentioned is 25 feet and the one that is in stock is 15 foot. Hydrastar actuators for us have been super reliable. We sell a lot of them and of all the brands we carry we get the fewest troubleshooting questions on them as people have really good luck with it.
