Question:

Need to install the second A/C in the Bedroom of 2022 Keystone Hideout. I see your recommendations for the replacement, but they all say A/C unit only. Are there any that come with a therm or can these be added to the existing Dometic circuit?

Hey Doug, thanks for reaching out!

If you're wanting to add a second AC unit to your Keystone, then you will need a whole standalone kit as there aren't any kits that will tie into your existing Dometic unit. For your application, I recommend the Furrion Chill HE 13,500 Btu kit which comes in White # FR35TD or Black # FR25TD and includes the AC unit, Air distribution box, single zone controller, and the thermostat as well.

These kits use the new R32 refrigerant which is being required for all of the newer AC units, which is another plus.
