Looking For Replacement For Tie Down Engineering LP70 Disc Brake Actuator

Question:
I have a 2007 Ranger Trail trailer with disk brakes. It has the Tie Down Engineering LP70 brake actuator and I am looking for a complete replacement. I have not been able to fine one. What would be an exact fit replacement for the Tie Down Engineering LP70?

Hello Todd, thanks for reaching out. I do have an option for you, but a direct replacement for the TDE LP70 actuator is not available. Our best option for replacing it is the Dexter DX7.5 Drop-N-Go Brake Actuator - Disc Brakes # 099-175-20.
This is a bolt-on actuator with the bolt holes 3" apart on center and it fits a 3" wide tongue. The design of this actuator is for it to sit on top of the trailer tongue as opposed to inside the trailer tongue like your current model.
