Looking To Upgrade My Leaf Springs And Equalizers On My 2017 Keystone Passport

Question:
HI, Im looking to replace my travel trailers 2017 Keystone Passport Ultra Lite Grand Touring 2400BH leaf springs, equalizer, and shackle straps. I would like to upgrade to a wet bolt kit, and MORyde CRE3000 equalizer, and new springs possibly slightly stronger than factory. I see in some previous QandAs that it might be possible to spec some of these without taking off a leaf spring if I can send a photo of the Dexter axle label and serial number? Or do I need to pull a leaf spring and measure it unloaded? I have measurements for the components on the trailer with the suspension loaded.

Hey Matt,
We can definitely set you up with some suspension upgrades. The axle tag is something we can use to determine the axle capacity, which is important for suspension, but the springs and equalizers would need to be measured.
To get the right springs you will need to either raise the axle off the ground or remove a spring and get a measurement unloaded from center eye hole to center eye hole. That is going to be how we make sure to get you the right size. The equalizer will be the same process, measuring from center bolt hole to center. The shackles are going to be easier as they are going to either be 2 1/4" or 3 1/8" long. Standard trailers use the 2 1/4", which in our kits come with the correct welt bolt size for you.
If you want to send me that axle tag and measurements I can put together some parts that will work for you.
