Hey Daniel! Yes, you can install a Redarc brake controller like the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty # RED52VR on your 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan. This is my favorite brake controller and the one I recommend for your setup. A brake controller can be installed in any vehicle as long as it has a 7-way. This version of the Liberty comes with a universal wiring harness so it is the one you need.
Do you already have a 4-way on your van? If you do, the # ETBC7 you were looking at will upgrade your 4-way to a 7-way. If you don't have a 4-way you will need to start by adding the # C56331.
